Summary
A 144-page set of numbered incident forms, many hard to read. Legible entries include #176, an Army colonel's sighting; a 16 Oct 1948 report near Sterling, Utah; a 17 Oct 1948 sighting from the Crescent City Light Station; a 12 Nov 1948 white speck over Clark AF Base, Philippines; #220, a yellow light flash on 29 Nov 1948 reported by a science teacher; and #224, in which two special agents, both rated pilots, flying a T-7 near Las Vegas, N.M., on 8 Dec 1948 saw "a strange phenomenon" approach their aircraft.
