Summary
This file section, covering serials 344–384 per its cover, holds FBI memos, letters and clippings from 1954 to 1957, including inquiries about contactee Truman Bethurum, an Oct. 1954 Hoover reply to a Detroit correspondent, a Jan. 1955 Air Force letter to Hoover, referrals to Air Force Special Investigations in 1956 and 1957, material from the Detroit Flying Saucer Club and Leonard H. Stringfield's Civilian Research, Interplanetary Flying Objects, and replies to members of the public and a Florida sheriff. Many pages are clippings, routing slips or illegible handwriting.
