Summary
An FBI Los Angeles memo forwards an issue of the official journal of the Amalgamated Flying Saucer Clubs of America, a program for its third national convention in Reno, Nev., July 8–10, 1966, and newspaper clippings. The journal includes a message said to come from "Master Kalen-Li Retan," book lists and saucer photos credited to Daniel W.
