Summary
Another copy of the CIA information report in CIA-UAP-013: a naturalized U.S. citizen quotes his niece's November 1955 letter from Budapest saying "so-called flying saucers (rockets) /sic/" kept people "in a nervous state," with "12 thousand km per hour" estimated, and includes a formation sketch between Budapest and Moscow. This copy adds the English translation of the full letter, mostly family Christmas news, which says "everyone has been excited by the so-called saucers for the past few weeks" and that "these amazing fliers moved at a speed of 12,000 kilometers per hour." Family names are redacted.
