Summary
A CIA Intelligence Information Report from a former Soviet citizen describes the Sary Shagan weapons testing range, including facilities, security and missile warhead checkout. It also records that the source, stepping outside while watching a Canada–USSR sports match on TV, saw a bright green circular object or mass in the sky west of the site that faded within minutes with no sound. The source had no opinion on what it was.
Note
The UAP item is a small part of a broader military intelligence report; CIA-UAP-011 is a duplicate release of the same report.
