Summary
Only a short passage is legible in this heavily redacted report. It describes the UAP as "LOOKS LIKE A BALLOON, SIMILAR TO PREVIOUSLY REPORTED UAP FROM 48FW" and says the crew observed "A WEAPONS QUALITY 1 TRACK OF A UAP TRAVELING WITH THE WINDS AT 31,000 FT MSL," and states, in unclear wording, that the crew "WAS ABLE TO MAKE A NEXT TO SHOOT ON THE TRACK AND VISUALLY ID THE UAP IN THE TFLIR." The rest of the pages carry little or no legible text.
Note
The reporter's own description points to a balloon.
