Summary
A 389 EFS F-15E two-ship flying defensive counter-air reports radar jamming from 0021Z to 0024Z, with a working theory that it came from a Turkish X-band jammer. At 0025Z the crew reports "3X POSS UAP" near Shaddadi at FL240 with "NO RADAR RETURNS" and "2 WHITE OBJECTS IR SIGNIFICANT"; at 0135Z it reports "1X POSS BALLOON" at FL210.
