Summary
A MISREP from the 33rd Special Operations Squadron says that at 0811Z, while returning to base, the crew "SPOTTED A UAP FLYING JUST ABOVE THE SURFACE OF THE OCEAN WATER" that "FLEW STRAIGHT ABOVE THE OCEAN TOWARDS LANDS" before they lost it from their feed. It describes the UAP as "SEEMINGLY CIRCULAR, TOO SMALL TO MAKE OUT DETAILS," gives an estimated speed of 30 mph, and lists the observer assessment as "Benign" with no maneuverability, signatures or effects.
