Summary
A range fouler report from a night ISR mission says a solid white object flew through the sensor's field of view and appeared to make "erratic moments above the water." The crew got 4x zoom before losing it due to poor track placement. It lists one contact at altitude 20000.
Note
The brief, lost track limits what the report can say about the object.
