Summary
A range fouler form says that at 19,073 ft HAT the crew "tracked a round, cold object in IR" heading 319 degrees at 20 mph that "made a few abrupt directional changes during the 1 minute contact." The sensor was aimed 50 degrees below the aircraft at a slant range of 4.06 nm; with the IR set to black hot, the object appeared bright white.
