Summary
Email correspondence between an OUSD(I&S) information disclosure analyst and an AFOSI program manager about clearing an unclassified summary of an intelligence information report. The summary says a civilian reported "a large blue featureless triangular object with a solid, unwavering silhouette emitting powerful 'whitish blue' light" that hovered above or near a national security facility for about three minutes, then moved in a "jerking" or "jumping" manner, for about eight minutes in all. The reporter "didn't think" it was a drone; the summary lists "Obtained by: Personal cellular device."
