Summary
Only a short section of this heavily redacted report is legible. It says one UAP was detected with "DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION SUCH AS BEING A TRIANGLUAR AND METALLIC UAP," observed at 1319Z during return to base while transiting over 363453N 0255943E at 24,989 ft MSL and 168 knots. The remaining pages carry little or no legible text.
Note
The stated altitude and speed appear to describe the reporting aircraft's transit; the text is ambiguous.
