Summary
A one-slide CTG 67.1 briefing says a P-8A crew saw, via its EO/IR sensor, a "possible missile launch" from an unknown origin; the object "appeared to be in sea skim mode traveling at approximately 500KTS" on a southeasterly heading, and the crew lost sight of it about two minutes later, about 40 nm northwest of Latakia. It says the object passed between a Russian vessel and one unidentified vessel, and gives visibility as clear. CTG 67.1 comments that the mission commander called the interaction safe and that the activity "is assessed to be standard activity consistent with the assessed activity of" the vessel group; the video link and some text are redacted.
Note
The briefing itself treats the object as a probable missile, not an unknown; the map pin is omitted because the slide gives only relative distances.
