Summary
A one-page illustrated map gives a notional overhead view of four incidents reported by U.S. federal law enforcement special agents in October 2023. Captions describe Incident 1, "Orbs Launching Orbs" (multiple instances of an orange "mother orb" "launching" smaller red "orbs"); Incident 2, "Fiery Orb" (a large "fiery orb" projected against a ridgeline at about 1,000 yards); Incident 3, "Dark Kite" (a "thin or dark kite-shaped object" with one red and one white light); and Incident 4, "Translucent Kite" (a "translucent kite-shaped object"), the last two at close estimated range. A note says all images were artificially generated using genai.mil, that phenomena are enlarged, and that locations and distances are not to scale.
Note
An AI-generated illustration, not imagery of the events.
