Summary
Witness 2, a federal agent tasked to survey for drone launchers, describes three October 2023 incidents: a bright orb that expelled three or four red lights, repeating about five times from about 1900 to 1930, with the red lights then hovering above the southern horizon until about 2300; a row of red lights over the horizon while "headlights" moved in the valley, one of which became an orange orb, sped off across rugged terrain and later appeared as a box of orange and purple lights; and a single light that glided along a highway for 10 to 15 miles as the agents drove about 80 mph. The agent reports no sound, interference or physiological effects, and says video exists of part of the third incident. The memo ends with AI-generated images the witness says were made from their descriptions two and a half years later.
Note
The witness compares the event to portals, saying this is not a claim about what was seen, and says the red lights were reminiscent of the Phoenix Lights.
