Summary
Witness 3, a federal agent, describes a large orange orb at about 1900 that alternated between orange and clear, then "expelled three smaller red orbs" that moved south in a line, "like grapes being expelled from a basketball." In a second event, the agent saw through night-vision goggles four red lights hover over the corners of an airfield and orange orbs near a ridgeline, while a vehicle below flashed its headlights. When the agents drove toward it with lights off, the vehicle kept about 100 yards away and "seemingly floated off the road" across rough terrain; a later search found no tire tracks.
