Summary
A 253-page compilation of numbered incident summaries on a standard form (date, location, observer, number of objects, altitude, speed, color, manner of disappearance and remarks), with supporting statements. One readable entry, Incident 1d (8 July 1947, Muroc Army Air Field, California; a companion sheet to Incident 1), lists three objects, two at first and one later, at 7,000 to 8,000 feet, the third of which "performed tight circle"; the witness said they could not have been aircraft, weather balloons or birds. Much of the scanned text is garbled and could not be read reliably.
Note
Summary is based on the opening pages only.
