Summary
A U.S. Navy Range Fouler reporting form in which the observer says that between mission sorties he saw an object 'with flight characteristics unlike anything I had seen in my 28 years' with the USAF and Navy. He says a small object below them traveled in a straight line at high speed, that he tracked it for about 10–15 seconds before recording the attached video, and that it left his field of view when he zoomed in. After the flight, he says, the object appeared rectangular.
