Summary
Records, chiefly from 1965–1967, of the USAF Scientific Advisory Board's Ad Hoc Committee to Review Project Blue Book, including an April 1966 memo on implementing its recommendations. The memo says the Secretary of the Air Force stated that the recommendations should be accepted and that a scientific team should 'investigate in depth certain selected sightings of UFOs,' and records debate over whether to contract with a university. The file also includes an attendee list for a 17 April 1967 Pentagon meeting with Dr. James McDonald of the University of Arizona.
