Summary
Air Intelligence Division Study No. 203, issued jointly by the USAF Directorate of Intelligence and the Office of Naval Intelligence, with a loan-document cover sheet. It reports approximately 210 incidents and concludes 'it appears that some object has been seen; however, the identification of that object cannot be readily accomplished.' It says the origin 'is not ascertainable,' lists domestic devices or foreign devices as possibilities, and includes appendices on sighting locations, selected reports and flying-wing aircraft.
