Summary
A set of short MUFON papers marked "BAASS CONFIDENTIAL Nov-08," prepared for Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies, on lift, power generation, control, human interface and propulsion. The lift paper concludes that using the Earth's magnetic field with superconductors "has merit"; the power paper proposes buying a research facility to develop cold fusion; the human-interface paper includes a plan for implant removal and says MUFON has copies of x-rays that may provide evidence of implants. Names and some references are redacted (marked 1843(a)(2)).
