Summary
BAASS's project management plan under contract HHM402-08-C-0072 (Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Application) sets out plans and milestones for twelve study areas, starting with lift, propulsion, control and power generation. The preface says some "advanced aerospace craft may represent a threat to the security of the United States" and thanks "the sponsors/DIA." It acknowledges reports delivered by MUFON, Earthtech International and a BAASS employee; staff names are redacted.
Note
The contractor's own planning document; its claims about decades of craft activity are BAASS's statements, not findings.
