Summary
BAASS's April 2009 progress report covers recruiting (35 full-time and six part-time employees as of April 30), clearances and the Earthtech papers contract. It includes MUFON-supplied UAP case information under BAASS's purchase contract, and a separate BAASS initial analysis for "Project Northern Tier" of Sep.–Nov. 1975 incidents at Malmstrom, Wurtsmith and Loring AFBs and Canadian Forces Base Falconbridge. It also covers continued study of UAP material released by the British, Canadian, French and Danish governments. Names are redacted.
