Summary

A BAASS self-assessment summarizing the field data collection, databases and computing tools it built under DIA contract HHM402-08-C-0072, which it says was let by DIA's Defense Warning Office between 2008 and 2010. It demonstrates them with model analyses of sentinel cases, including the "Tic Tac" incident (velocity, acceleration and water-entry flow) and acoustic and radar-cross-section analysis of a spherical object. The executive summary says "many, but not all, of these sightings may be explained by natural phenomena, or by unacknowledged aerospace technology."

Note

The modeling is the contractor's own analysis; summary drawn from the table of contents and executive summary.
