Summary
An AARO memorandum for record of a witness debrief. It says federal law enforcement agents documented a matte black, nonreflective triangular craft with an estimated 13–15 foot wingspan that rose vertically about 200–300 feet above a ridge line, hovered for about twenty seconds, then flew off at high speed into a canyon. The agents reported no sound, a uniform infrared signature, and no visible seams, intakes or exhaust; the memo cautions these are the reporters' interpretations, not conclusions.
