Summary
The three keyframes show a grayscale infrared view of a textured surface crossed by several bright streaks, each led by a small dark spot, with black redaction boxes at the edges. Per index: AARO assesses that this video, whose uploader-defined title is, “4 UAP Formation Iran 26 Aug 2022 over water [CALLSIGN],” is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the United States Central Command area of responsibility in 2022. Per index description: 00:01-00:04: Four areas of contrast transit the sensor field-of-view, entering from the lower third of the left side of the screen and exiting near the center of the bottom of the frame.
Note
Black redaction boxes cover parts of the on-screen display; the keyframes alone do not show the motion described in the index. The index gives a length of 20 seconds, but the media file runs 9.9 seconds; this record does not state either as the true length.
