Summary
The three keyframes show a grayscale targeting display over cloud with a circular reticle and horizon-style lines; a small dark spot is below the reticle in the third frame. Black redaction boxes are visible. Per index: AARO assesses that this video, whose uploader-defined title is, “F/A-18 FLIR UAP,” is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the United States Northern Command area of responsibility in 2022. Per index description: A sensor pans to track an area of contrast.
Note
Black redaction boxes cover parts of the on-screen display; the keyframes alone do not show the motion described in the index.
