Summary
The three keyframes show a grayscale sensor view of a speckled background with a small bright shape inside a box at center in the first frame and a small box marker in the others, with black redaction boxes at top and bottom. Per index: AARO assesses that this video, whose uploader-defined title is, “IIR 1 655 S0301 23/Eglin AFB Aircrew Observed Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) on 13 Feb 23,” is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the United States Northern Command area of responsibility in 2023. Per index description: A sensor pans to keep an area of contrast in the center of its field-of-view, cycling contrast modes multiple times.
Note
Black redaction boxes cover parts of the on-screen display; the keyframes alone do not show the motion described in the index.
