Summary
The three keyframes show grayscale infrared views of cloud with small display markers and black redaction boxes. Per index: AARO assesses that this video, whose uploader-defined title is, “16 OCT 2020 [CALLSIGN] views UAP,” is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the United States Africa Command area of responsibility in 2020. Per index description: 00:28-00:29: An area of contrast transits the frame from the middle left side of the frame to the upper right side of the frame.
Note
Black redaction boxes cover parts of the on-screen display; the keyframes alone do not show the motion described in the index. The index lists the video as 4:46, but the released file runs about 4:57; the reason for the difference is not stated.
