Summary
The three keyframes show a hand-held recording of a grainy gray sensor screen with crosshair marks; a small dark round spot is near the center in the first two frames and a darker band runs along the lower part. Per index: The United States Navy Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF) transferred this media to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) in 2022.
