Summary
The three keyframes show grayscale infrared views with green markers over plain backgrounds and, in the second frame, rugged terrain with a small dark mark right of center. Black redaction boxes are visible. Per index: The United States Central Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) consisting of video footage; the index gives the length as 30 seconds, but the file runs about 33 seconds (ffprobe 33.2 s) from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2023. Per index description: 00:00-00:08: The sensor pans to track an area of contrast, keeping it generally centered within the frame.
