The three keyframes show nearly identical grayscale infrared views of a shoreline with low hills, a crosshair, green markers and a small dark shape left of center, with black redaction boxes. Per index: The United States Central Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) consisting of video footage; the index gives the length as 14 seconds, but the file runs about 11.7 seconds (ffprobe) from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2025. Per index description: 00:00-00:04: No content.
Note
Black redaction boxes cover parts of the on-screen display; the keyframes alone do not show the motion described in the index.
