Summary
A single still frame (image-only; no text other than the overlay) with a sensor reticle and black redaction boxes; it shows a larger dark shape with thin line-like extensions near the top of the frame and a small dark speck lower in the frame, over a gray sky. The only text is a timestamp overlay reading "12/31/99 18:10:00." Per the index, the FBI submitted the still, derived from a U.S. military system, to AARO; the imagery was redacted before submission, no mission report accompanied it, and the operator could not positively identify the UAP.
