Summary
A single still frame (image-only; no text other than the overlay) with a sensor reticle and black redaction boxes; it shows a gray sky above dark mountain ridges at lower right, with a small dark object near the reticle. The only text is a timestamp overlay reading "12/31/99 18:11:06." Per the index, the FBI submitted the still, derived from a U.S. military system, to AARO; the imagery was redacted before submission, no mission report accompanied it, and the operator could not positively identify the UAP.
