Summary
An FBI FD-302 records an interview, by FaceTime video, with a man who was driving to a test site at around 9:00 a.m. for LiDAR testing. He saw "a bright light over the horizon" that was stationary, then moved right and disappeared; it was bright white, the same size throughout, visible for ten seconds and, he thought, ten to twenty miles away. His passenger looked the wrong way; he says others at the site said they saw it too; a redacted person thought it might have been a meteor.
