Summary
An FBI FD-302 records an interview with a drone pilot who was driving with contractors to LiDAR tests around 7:30 a.m. and saw "a linear object with a super bright light on the east side of the object" that was "metallic / gray in color" with no wings or exhaust. The witness estimated it at about 5000 feet above ground level, moving east to west for five to ten seconds before "the light went out and the object vanished." Page 2 records that another person was annoyed because the airspace had been restricted for the drone tests, and that the witness later had weird dreams and trouble sleeping.
