Summary
An FBI electronic communication documents contact with a resident (identity redacted), referred by an FBI liaison contact in August 2024, who provided multiple video clips of what he describes as unknown UxS or UAP appearing as "plasma orbs" near his home, including renewed activity in October 2024. He reports seeing the lights since November 2021, sometimes as close as 200 yards, hovering or moving in trees and near water, and says he set up trail cameras and sensors and saw gamma radiation spikes and effects on electronics and GPS that correlate with sightings. He says a neighbor also reported strange lights and that he wants the matter kept private.
