Summary
Two FBI special agents visited the resident's home to confirm his reports and, from his patio, observed lights they believed to be UAP: a white pulsing light that moved erratically below the tree line for less than ten seconds, white-blue lights pulsing at the top of the tree line, and plumes of light followed by red or white flashes. At about 5:30 p.m. both agents saw a bright white light above a bright red light hover at about treetop height at the far end of a pond, move quickly right to left, vanish and reappear twice. One agent took five photos, which the report says were "mostly blurry and do not provide much context."
Note
Rare in the FBI files: the agents themselves report seeing the lights, though their photos were inconclusive.
