Summary
An FBI FD-302 records an interview with a former Department of War employee who says that in October 2023 he and his wife saw a translucent, hazy triangle with a silver-blue band along its trailing edge for about four seconds. He says he is very familiar with USAF aircraft, including the latest drones, and that the object did not match anything he had encountered. His wife remembered a dark seam running around the edge of the object.
