Summary
An FBI FD-302 records an interview with a U.S. person who says a black triangle with red corner lights emerged from a 'pixelated' dark-gray cloud, banked 90 degrees, and passed over silently; he thought it might have reached Mach 1–2. He says the cloud had disappeared afterward. He says that when he called his wife about 60 seconds later, she said his voice sounded robotic.
