Summary
An FBI FD-302 records an interview with a U.S. person who, with a companion, watched dull red 'dash-shaped' lights move along a ridgeline and later appear above and near their position, one about 6 feet off the ground, viewed with night optical devices. He says a glow descended into a dry wash about 100 meters behind them. He says his analog watch afterward read about 25 minutes ahead of the phones and vehicle clock, although it had been accurate at about 10:00 p.m.
