Summary
An FBI FD-302 records a telephone interview with a U.S. person who says that after driving about 25 miles he saw a red light at the crest of a mountain range begin moving east, estimated between 5,000 and 7,000 feet above ground level. He says about 15 minutes later roughly six to ten more red lights appeared overhead, appeared to 'sync up,' and travelled east/southeast, with one descending rapidly about 1,000 feet before disappearing. He viewed them with the naked eye and through night optical devices.
