Summary
575 FAA records dated February 2007 to October 2024, most from 2023: 374 "Skywatch Incident Report" entries and 201 Washington Operations Center entries. In the sampled entries, air traffic facilities relay pilot reports of UFO or UAP activity; the earliest says "at least 12 aircraft are reporting a UFO between FL340 and 400 in the Hayden CO area. No radar return is being observed."
