Summary
Enclosure describing the objects seen by the Fillmore officer: about "two time the size of a basket ball", silvery, in a formation with two close together and others 30 to 40 feet apart, with no sound or trail. The objects were first sighted north of the observer near San Cayetano Mountain at about 45 degrees elevation, moved north, and were in sight "about one and one-half minutes" before fading from view.
