Summary
Page 95 of the Gemini VII air-to-ground voice transcript (Volume I), marked CONFIDENTIAL. At 27:07:59 a crew member says the strap is "very jagged" and "just drifted by the window here as we went over the site", and at 27:08:11 rules out radiator stripping: "It's pretty thick stuff and it's jagged. Looks like it's some separation plane."
