Summary
A Public Affairs release transcript has Borman report "A BOGEY AT TEN O'CLOCK HIGH," and when asked whether it was the booster, "THIS IS AN ACTUAL SIGHTING," adding that they also had the booster in sight and saw "HUNDREDS OF LITTLE PARTICLES" about three or four miles off. Lovell describes the booster as "A BRILLIANT BODY IN THE SUN... WITH TRILLIONS OF PARTICLES ON IT." The PAO comment says the reference was to "THE THIRD AND UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT."
