Summary
Excerpts from all three Skylab crew debriefings. The first crew describes light flashes seen with eyes closed, "two or three per minute" at times, possibly linked to the South Atlantic anomaly. The second crew describes a "bright reddish object" tracked for 5 to 10 minutes that was "obviously a satellite in a very similar orbit to our own," rotating with a period of about 10 seconds; the third crew remarks it was "very interesting to be able to see other objects up there with us."
Note
The crews attribute the sightings to satellites and cosmic-ray flashes.
