Summary

A four-slide summary of statements by seven federal law enforcement special agents (USPER1–7) describing four kinds of experience. Three two-agent teams describe orange "orbs" that "emit/launch smaller red 'orbs'" in groups of two to four, at least five times over two days; two agents describe a glowing orange orb perched near a rock pinnacle for "about a minute," which AARO measurements later put at "~1050 meters away" and "between 12-18 meters in diameter." Two agents also describe a two-light "car" that moved laterally off a road with "zero resistance" and showed as a "very thin line" in night-vision goggles (later described to AARO as triangular), and, about 30 minutes later, a "Transparent Kite" through which one agent could "vaguely see a bright star or two."

Note

Multi-witness testimony, with AARO's own later distance and size estimates attached; the slides draw no conclusion.
